PIDG or Pre Insulated Diamond Grip FASTON 250 positive lock crimp receptacle terminals designed for providing reliable and uniform terminations in challenging circuit environments. These PIDG FASTON receptacles consist of a precision formed high conductivity tin plated brass body and a copper sleeve surrounded by colour coded nylon insulation. The barrel contains serrations which provide maximum contact and tensile strength after crimping. This construction ensures that a uniform insulation thickness is achieved during crimping and the terminals have a consistent appearance and performance. In addition, PIDG FASTON 250 receptacles feature a positive locking system that ensures easy mating and a good mechanical locking force.
