This conductive thread, which can be conveniently tucked into your socks, maintains contact with the ground and dissipates any static electricity. The grounder incorporates a 1 MΩ resistor and has an elastic strap for flexibility and comfort in use. A snap-lock system makes fastening and removal quick and easy. A dual-layer cup is made from a conductive layer to draw off static charges, along with a white lining to protect your shoes or boots from carbon marks.
