Keysight Technologies Modular Source Measure UnitThe Keysight Technologies modular source measure unit is a 3-channel, 20V/120mA source and measure unit that can operate in a 4-quadrant operation acting as a current source and also as current sink (load) with both polarities of the output voltage. This device well suited for a wide range of test applications including leakage measurement, solar cell measurement, forward/reverse voltage, curve tracer transistor and many others. It has an Agilent USB modular source measure unit which is more than just a power supply. It has a fast response time and has voltage and current programming/read back with high accuracy measurement capabilities. This generator is a versatile device that allows you to perform sweep and measurement from different operating regions with just a single device without extra configurations.
