The SFH 7060 BIOFY Sensor, from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors, is an integrated optoelectronic sensor. The SFH7060 sensor is designed for measuring pulse/heart rates and blood oxygen levels. This multichip device features three green LEDs (530 nm), one red LED (660 nm) and one IR LED (950 nm).
