| Vishay VSML3710 Series IR Emitting Diodes. The VSML3710 family, from Vishay Semiconductors, are high power Infrared (IR) emitting diodes. The VSML3710 surface mount (SMT) IR LEDs are in PLCC-2 packages which use double hetero (DH) technology. This enables a high radiant power output.
